Targetless scanning
Spider 2’s state-of-the-art hybrid geometry and texture tracking frees you up from using any additional equipment like targets or markers for stable scanning. You can just point it at the object and start scanning. It’s that easy.
Capture optimisation
With Auto Base Removal, Artec Spider 2 captures only the data you need – more intelligence for less processing time and cleanup work. Spider 2 is compatible with the Artec Turntable.

Care Plan
Care plans are also available for up to 5 years to cap the cost of potentially expensive repairs due to accidental damage.

Premium Pack

IMPORTANT ESSENTIAL INFORMATION REGARDING ARTEC SPIDER 2 AND THUNDERBOLT 4.0
Artec Spider 2 data transfer is handled by Thunderbolt 4.0 protocol only. Normal USB-C will not work and Thunderbolt 3.0 will not work. Your workstation must have a Thunderbolt 4.0 port for Artec Spider 2 to function.

* If you are using CAD software such as SOLIDWORKS, Inventor etc, a gaming card may not be fully supported so you may have to step up to a NVIDIA Quadro / RTX A-series. We have access to a growing list of suitable graphics cards so if in doubt, ask.
